Janet Carter obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology, and became a born-again Christian on January 15, 1990.  After her conversion, Janet was led to attend law school.  She completed all the necessary courses in two and one-half years. She took and passed the California State Bar Exam in February 1993.  Janet took to learning the Bible as seriously as she did her law books.

Within six months of becoming a Christian, Janet was serving as a New Believer’s Counselor.  Within a year or so after that, she was selected to train the new women’s counselors and oversee the various women’s counseling sessions.  In October 1997, after refusing to adhere to the unethical practices being carried out in her workplace as Corporate Counsel, the Lord led Janet to open her own Law Firm.  Janet has since practiced civil, business, family and corporate law, for over fifteen years. Janet has served as an attorney to many churches, non-profit ministries and organizations.  In 2003, Janet was led to start her own radio program. In seeking the Lord for His continued direction in radio, Janet attended her first National Religious Broadcasters Convention in February 2006. With the gracious covering and encouragement of Dr. Larry Bates, Chuck Bates and the Information Radio Network, she has seen much success from broadcasting on the air.

Janet’s legal and Biblical knowledge, coupled with her own personal experiences, the experiences shared by her clients, and those obtained in counseling and radio inquiries, has given her a rich background upon which to base her legal and Biblical advice.
